A pharmacy chain may want one generator readiness program before severe weather, yet readiness lives at individual locations. Begin with the stores that carry critical operations, their confirmed connection information, local facilities contacts, fuel constraints, and the customer’s escalation process. A national accounts manager can organize those facts into a review plan. The plan should show where an assessment is complete, where infrastructure remains unknown, and which regional teams need to weigh in.
