Set a Forecast Cadence for a Distributed Telecom Rollout

A changing telecom rollout needs a forecast cadence that tells regional teams what is known and what may move. The national accounts manager should request site lists, equipment types, planned dates, permit status, rooftop access information, regional project contacts, and the next forecast update date. Forecast quality improves when changes are visible early.
