Internet access can be a deciding property feature when a buyer works from home. Listing language often names a provider without confirming availability at a particular address, installation timing, upload speed, or equipment needs. An agent can help the buyer verify those facts before treating a home office as workable.

Mina leads video training sessions from her apartment and is touring a cottage outside town. “The seller says there is fiber. Can I assume my calls will work?” she asks agent Joel. Joel says, “I can ask what service the seller currently uses and whether there are documents or equipment they are willing to share. Try a roleplay where the buyer has a hard work deadline. Ask what applications and connection features matter, identify the provider's information for that address, and set a date for the buyer’s provider call. A manager can coach the agent to separate observed home features from claims a service company must confirm.
