Preparing a Voice Analytics Security Review
How an account executive can handle recording access and retention questions with approved evidence.
Voice analytics evaluations often pause because the buyer needs precise information about recordings. The account executive should welcome that review and organize the questions for the appropriate specialists.
Sam, an information security lead, says, “Can you guarantee zero risk? Who hears our recordings?” Priya replies, “I cannot make an absolute assurance. I can gather the approved documentation on access, retention, and hosting for your security review. Which recording locations and user groups concern your team?” Sam explains that recordings cannot be stored outside its region and legal must examine employee monitoring. Priya says, “Let us create a review path with security, legal, privacy, and our specialist. We can separate the evidence each group needs from the decisions your organization must make.”
Ask which data types appear in recordings, who may access them today, and what retention rules apply. Do not turn a technical question into an informal approval. The account executive can coordinate documents, experts, and the customer review process while the authorized teams evaluate controls.
For roleplay, a buyer should ask a question outside the seller’s approved material. Score whether the seller states the limit clearly, asks a useful scoping question, and offers a specific review session. Reviewers should also check that the recap assigns each open question to an owner.
