Build a Rental Roadmap for a Solar Construction Program

A solar construction program can span distant sites with different permits, ground conditions, delivery routes, and project dates. The national accounts manager should ask the program lead to identify phases, equipment categories, forecast confidence, local access contacts, and the project manager responsible for each site. This gives regional branches information they can assess and lets them plan from site details.

Ivan, a program director, said, “We have twelve sites. Can you reserve the same fleet for all of them now?” Noelle replied, “I can organize a planning review. Which sites have confirmed start dates, and which ones still depend on permits or land access?” Ivan said four sites awaited permits and one route crossed a seasonal restriction.
