Coach a Showroom Team to Start With Project Discovery

Showroom consultations lose direction when an associate starts pulling samples before learning the project stage. A district manager can coach this through observation: note the first questions, when measurements enter the conversation, and how the associate handles unknowns. Use the evidence to choose one discovery behavior. Give feedback on that behavior.
