Frame a guest Wi Fi evaluation for a franchise network
Help franchise leaders separate guest experience goals from the facts needed to evaluate site connectivity.
Franchise leaders often ask for consistent guest Wi Fi across many locations while each operator controls a different building, budget, and local network. An enterprise account executive can make the request manageable by defining the customer experience and the local facts needed for an evaluation.
Ask how guests use the connection, whether staff devices share the same equipment, and what each franchise agreement permits the central team to standardize. Then identify who owns the internet service, access points, and landlord relationship at a sample of locations. A common brand goal does not mean every store has the same starting point.
Luis, a fictional franchise director, says, “We want every cafe to offer the same guest Wi Fi by summer. Can you price it for all 120 sites?” Priya answers, “We can prepare a useful scope after we understand the locations. Do franchisees use a common network setup, and which three stores would show the range of building and service conditions?” Luis says older stores have equipment chosen by individual owners. Priya continues, “A small sample will let us document the differences, the guest experience you want, and the decisions that belong with franchisees. Then your team can choose an evaluation path.”
The decision is whether to seek one estimate before the opportunity is defined. A representative site sample produces more dependable questions for the central team and local operators. Record which choices are brand standards and which require each owner’s approval.
For practice, roleplay a director asking for a fleetwide price. Ask one question about the guest journey, one about local ownership, and one about a sample site. Review your closing request: it should name the people who can provide facts and the date of the first discovery session.
