Does this require my managers to be tech-savvy?

No. The default workflow is "open the daily brief in your inbox or on your phone, see the 3 things." If a manager can read an email, they can use the platform.

Will my sales managers actually open this every day?

Adoption is the make-or-break question. We solve it three ways: (1) the daily brief lands in email so it doesn't require opening another app. (2) the brief is short — 3 reps, 1 skill each. (3) the prep is auto-generated, not manager-built. If managers won't open a 90-second daily brief, software cannot fix that.
